What should I do when the shaking starts? First of all, DON’T PANIC!!
In our “fight and flight” response to danger, it would just seem to be common sense to run from where you are. That is a big mistake to just bolt. It might make sense to leave as soon as possible, especially if everything around you seems to be falling and collapsing. We’re talking here those 8.0, Hollywood –type shakings where everything falls into the ocean.
