Tsunami.. what.. where?

A lot of people dream of living along the coast, especially with magnificent views of the ocean and sweeping views of the sun setting or rising, depending on the coast you are on. Also, property values tend to increase if you happen to have beach front property whether it is on the coast, a lake or river. Running water or the constant sound of waves tends to have a soothing effect on most people.
